About the Scholarship

The King’s Foundation Oxford DPhil Scholarships support cutting-edge doctoral research at the crossroads of nature, health, and community wellbeing. Hosted by the University of Oxford, these scholarships are offered in collaboration with the King’s Foundation, the Global Centre on Healthcare & Urbanisation (GCHU) at Kellogg College, and the Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine (CEBM).

Scholars will enroll in a DPhil in Primary Care Health Sciences, undertaking multidisciplinary projects that integrate environmental, social, economic, and public health perspectives.

  • Applicants are encouraged, though not required, to engage with potential supervisors early but there’s no obligation to name them in the application.
